ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys

Our land survey group, led by an experienced team of professional land surveyors, can help you in the procurement of an ALTA/ACSM survey to facilitate a real estate transaction or new construction project. A brief summary of the usage of the ALTA/ACSM land title survey and ALTA topographic survey is as follows: The American Land Title Association (ALTA) and the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS) worked together to create a land survey with specific needs, with regard to title insurance matters, which require particular information for acceptance by title insurance companies when said companies are asked to insure title to land without exception.

V.A. Hospital at Fitzsimons
Aurora, CO
In support of the engineering design and development of the new Veteran's Affairs Hospital in Aurora, CO, Calvada Surveying provided an ALTA / ACSM Land Title Survey with Topographic Design and Underground Utility ID, and is also contracted for a Post-Demolition Topographic Survey. The project was expedited and we submitted deliverables for the 26 acre site within about 13 business days.

Lake Forest , CA
Calvada Surveying was contracted by our client to provide an ALTA / ACSM Land Title Survey for 4 acres of commercial land in Lake Forest, California. Calvada’s survey also included topographic information such as the gates, gas meters, trees, traffic signs, power poles, parking spaces, the cable box and transformers and all utility information.  Other items that can be found on the survey are the vicinity map, the legal description of the area, site information, zoning restrictions, basis of bearings, encroachment notes and the surveyor’s certificate.
